Job Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to develop, execute, and optimize our social media strategy. You will be responsible for growing our brand’s online presence, engaging our audience, and driving conversions through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, live videos).
Write captivating captions and use trending hashtags.
Collaborate with designers for graphics/videos.
2. Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Handle crisis communication professionally.
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
Adjust strategies based on data insights.
4. Advertising & Growth
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Implement organic growth strategies.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and trends.
5. Reporting & Optimization
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Test A/B variations (captions, visuals, posting times).
Suggest new platforms/tactics (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest).
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Must-Have
3+ years of social media marketing experience.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategies.
✅ Nice-to-Have
Experience with marketing.
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Certifications (Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
