Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to users
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime
- Assist in implementing IT security protocols and protecting systems
- Support data backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage IT equipment inventory and recommend upgrades
- Document IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Conduct periodic system checks to ensure compliance with IT standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of IT support or related experience
- Understanding of IT security and network protocols
- Problem-solving skills for hardware/software issues
- Awareness of cybersecurity and data protection
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
