We are looking for a Data Test Lead to join our growing team. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring data accuracy and quality across our platforms by designing testing strategies, leading data QA efforts, and collaborating closely with engineers and analysts.

This role is perfect for someone experienced in ETL, data pipeline testing, and BI validation, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of testers in validating data pipelines, data lakes, and reporting layers.
Define and implement test strategies and plans for data-focused projects.
Execute ETL and data migration testing using tools like Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC.
Perform data orchestration testing (e.g., Apache Airflow).
Ensure dashboard and report accuracy in Power BI and Tableau.
Develop and manage test cases using Jira or similar test management tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve data discrepancies.
Conduct SQL-based data validation and exploratory testing using DBeaver or Aqua Data Studio.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software/data testing or QA.
Proven experience leading QA or data testing teams.
Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC.
Familiarity with Informatica IDQ for data quality assurance.
Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau.
Knowledge of orchestration tools: Apache Airflow (or similar).
Comfortable working with multiple databases: SAP DB, Hive (Hue), SQL Server, MongoDB.
Familiarity with NoSQL tools like MongoDB Compass.
Proficient in using IDEs such as DBeaver and Aqua Data Studio.
Experience with test planning and defect tracking using Jira or equivalent.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture.
