Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on technical support with system maintenance responsibilities to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
- Provide technical support to users experiencing IT-related issues – in person, over the phone, or remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems quickly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of system maintenance and network management.
- Familiarity with Windows ,revit, rhino, plugins and common enterprise software.
- A degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
