Job Description
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support users in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, email clients, and internal applications.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.
- Assist in system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical onboarding support to new employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, printers, antivirus software, and remote support tools.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
