Job Description

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Support users in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, email clients, and internal applications.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.
  • Assist in system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical onboarding support to new employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
  • Experience with Active Directory, printers, antivirus software, and remote support tools.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
