Job Description

  • Open new market for company
  • Dealing and contracting with all customers
  • Manage the Sales & Distribution of the total Food service Segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Companies & Airlines & Wholesale, etc.)
  • Achieve the company target`s depending for the the annual plan
  • Adapting the forecast plan with the production depending the market needs
  • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Responsible to Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Managing sales team effectively
  • Training sales staff and providing coaching lessons along with combine market visits.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Horeca & B2B Patisserie Sales is a must
  • High bachelors Degree
  • Experience in the same field
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and networks
