Job Description

  • Post job advertisements (internal &external) and explore new sourcing channels.
  • Prepares a pool of CVs, screen, and select CVs for relevant positions.
  • Ensures candidates are initially screened against appropriate criteria.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Prepare interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Conduct phone, Online & in-person interviews.
  • Interview applicants for (Entry , Mid and Senior) levels and preparing assessment reports.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and any related paperwork.
  • Ensure that all candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision
     

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function in the real estate field.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
