- Leading & preparing rates practicing & bids according to bidding law.
- Attend exhibitions, advertising, & search for new vendors.
- Comparing & evaluating quotations upon agreed weighting criteria. Excellent in
- Vendor List management & formation has a strong V.L.
- Excellent in contracts admiration especially in FIDIC & claims.
- Revising contracts in accordance with civil law.
- Good knowledge & familiarity with insurance issues.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement.
- Prepare documentation reports on projects when required.
- Ensure documents submit to the right person to action documents.
- Follow up with all discipline personnel for action items.
Job Requirements
- CLAC/CAPM is a must.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Elec/civil engineering.
- Excellent in English.
- Well organized and very good business writing.
