Job Description

  • Schedule and organize meetings.
  • Respond to emails and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Monitor operational WhatsApp groups to ensure updates and convey important messages.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence
  • Assist in daily office coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and task organization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools such as email and WhatsApp
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
