Job Description
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Respond to emails and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Monitor operational WhatsApp groups to ensure updates and convey important messages.
- Manage internal and external correspondence
- Assist in daily office coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and task organization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools such as email and WhatsApp
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
