Job Description

Job Summary

Participating in developing and implementing initiatives and projects that align the workforce with strategic business objectives and implementing major changes in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Carry out an effective recruitment plan to attract and retain top talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees.
  • Perform benchmark analyses of recruitment metrics.
  • Maintain & update the organizational chart on a monthly basis.
  • Lead performance management process and consult line managers to track and monitor employee performance.
  • Conduct job analysis and maintain the update of job descriptions for the whole organization.
  • Plans and conducts a new employee orientation program.
  • Calculate employee monthly/quarterly turnover analysis.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, HR Diploma is a must.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent management practices.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent Level with Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in continuous organizational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent.
  • Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. 
  • Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
