Job Summary
Participating in developing and implementing initiatives and projects that align the workforce with strategic business objectives and implementing major changes in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Carry out an effective recruitment plan to attract and retain top talents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees.
- Perform benchmark analyses of recruitment metrics.
- Maintain & update the organizational chart on a monthly basis.
- Lead performance management process and consult line managers to track and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct job analysis and maintain the update of job descriptions for the whole organization.
- Plans and conducts a new employee orientation program.
- Calculate employee monthly/quarterly turnover analysis.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, HR Diploma is a must.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent management practices.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent Level with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in continuous organizational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent.
- Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
