Job Description
Jon Title: Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Role Objective
Handling all the recruitment activities within the assigned account fulfilling account manpower need with the Head count plan.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain network of contacts to easily recognize and source qualified candidates.
- Establish contacts with qualified candidates for respective job openings.
- Compile and enter job advertising in various media.
- Use Internet online recruiting sources and Etisalat Career page to recognize and hire candidates.
- Recognize and interview best talent in the marketplace.
- Present administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager and the recruitment process.
- Research and communicate with community services, colleges and internet sites.
- Analyze applicant needs by preparing and studying job description and job qualifications.
- Analyze applicant qualifications by pre-screening applicants, observing responses, checking and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Assist in processing applicant testing, background checks, skill set checks and reference checks.
- Prepare, maintain, and update CV database to ensuring the fulfillment of manpower plan targets.
- Gather Data and Generates reports related to the SLAs required ensuring effective implementation & monitoring of the process performance.
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree in business related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience.
- Good general Computer skills.
- Very Good - Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Multinational Background
- Mass Recruitment experience.
