Job Description
- Maintain employee records and HR databases on Odoo accurately and up to date.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding documentation and processes.
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and absences through the Odoo system.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the HR team.
- Follow up on contract renewals, social insurance, and medical benefits.
- Organize and archive HR documents (both digital and hard copies).
- Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and internal HR communications.
- Support HR audits and compliance reporting.
