Job Description

At AL Fawzy Dental, we're not just a clinic — we're a growing brand committed to redefining patient care through exceptional service, innovative technology, and a strong digital presence. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a strategic and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate all our online efforts.

In this role, you’ll oversee a team of specialists — including our media buyer, social media manager, CRM and moderation staff — to create cohesive, high-performing digital campaigns that reflect the premium nature of our brand. If you're passionate about digital strategy, performance analytics, team leadership, and customer experience — and you’re excited to make a real impact in the dental healthcare space —

Main roles:

  1. Strategic Oversight & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create marketing calendars and ensure alignment across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, etc.).

2.  Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise the Google Ads media buyer to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI.
  • Oversee the social media specialist’s work—content creation, posting, community management, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external agencies when needed.

3. Moderation & CRM Management

  • Supervise the moderation team responsible for managing comments, DMs, and online inquiries to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses.
  • Oversee CRM team performance including lead management, patient follow-up, and customer journey optimization.
  • Work closely with the front desk or call center to bridge online leads with offline conversion.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, etc.) across all digital channels.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports with actionable insights to upper management.
  • Identify underperforming areas and lead corrective strategies.

5. Campaign Management

  • Review and approve paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the media buyer to allocate budgets, set KPIs, and scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment between organic and paid content strategies.

6. Brand Messaging & Quality Control

  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure all published content is high-quality, accurate, and aligns with brand positioning (value over price).

7. Patient Experience Optimization

  • Coordinate digital tools (chatbots, landing pages, booking systems) to streamline patient experience.
  • Oversee the lead funnel from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up.

8. Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and dental industry benchmarks.
  • Suggest innovative tactics (e.g., influencer collaborations, dental tourism campaigns, AI-enhanced tools) for higher engagement and conversion.

9. Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the central communication hub between marketing, clinical team, admin, and external partners.
  • Support the practice owner in high-level planning and provide strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience overseeing paid media campaigns (especially Google Ads and Meta Ads).
  • Strong background in CRM systems, lead funnels, and patient or customer communication strategies.
  • Experience managing social media teams and moderation workflows.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, email marketing, landing page optimization, and user experience best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
