Job Description
| Study tender documents (drawings, specs, BOQs, conditions) and identify key requirements. |
| Coordinate with various departments (procurement, planning, engineering) to gather input for proposal preparation. |
| Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with tender specifications. |
| Request quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and analyze them. |
| Ensure tenders are submitted before deadlines. |
| Participate in pre-tender and post-tender clarifications and negotiations. |
| Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes. |
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years in tendering or estimation in construction or contracting
- Cost estimation, tender analysis, AutoCAD, MS Office, ERP systems
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, time management
- Arabic (Fluent), English (Excellent)
