We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimation Engineer to support our technical office team on a part-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, pricing mechanical systems, and supporting tender submissions. The work is remote and flexible, but requires consistent delivery and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• Study project drawings and specifications to extract quantities and scope
• Provide accurate and competitive pricing based on current market rates
• Coordinate with procurement and project managers for updated pricing
• Support in preparing technical and financial proposals for tenders
