Job Description
- Study all tender documents
- Able to draft a contract and negotiate its terms.
- Prepare a project brief
- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructions
- Compare and contrast between tender specifications and drawings
- Attend tender site visit and prepare report
- Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer
- Comparative analysis between different offers
- Negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Compile a list of suppliers and subcontractors categorized with remarks, history and reliability
- To be the company's internal contact point for the client during the inquiry and bidding process
- Present the company profile for prospective clients
- Present the company during any phase of the tendering and bidding process
Job Requirements
- Civil /Architecture Engineering only
- 4:8 years’ experience (2017:2021)
- Experience in the field of construction, fit out and finishing.
- Procurement Background is a must
Job Conditions:
1- Location : Industrial Area, 3rd Settlement
2- Working hours: 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM
3- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
