Job Description
- Managing and preparing thorough evaluation of tender invitation documents, including analysis of risks, deliverables, timeline, construction methods, subcontract packages, alternative solutions, and commercial opportunities.
- Leading the preparation of commercial and technical aspects of bids in coordination with the cost estimation, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Ensuring that all services, materials, and manpower requirements are included in the final offer, in line with the tender’s specifications.
- Tracking and managing risks throughout the tendering process.
- Reviewing material and labor needs to determine cost-effective options between in-house execution and subcontracting.
- Supporting negotiations and clarifications during the post-submission stage.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering
- Strong background in cost estimation and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Construction Companies
