We are looking for a Quotation Specialist (Tendering Engineer) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing client inquiries, preparing accurate and competitive quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring technical and commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse client RFQs and project specifications including to drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best prices, technical offers and alternatives to suit clients’ budget and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and ensure they align with project requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, pricing, and timely submission of quotations.
• Maintain an updated database of prices, suppliers, and materials.
• Support in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support sales and business development teams in approvals.
