Job Description
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive quantity surveying reports for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and review detailed cost estimates and pricing structures for technical proposals, supporting competitive and well-informed bidding strategies.
- Verify electrical drawings and ensure their implementation aligns with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Prepare periodic and final financial statements, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to secure timely approvals and maintain financial transparency.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the efficient, timely, and precise execution of all tasks, contributing to overall project success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical office role, preferably within the electrical engineering field.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity surveying, and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing engineering data and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate across multiple departments.
