Job Description

  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets;
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  • Preparing monthly circular and news to be published on our website;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and services displays;
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products;
  • Developing quotes and proposals;
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person;
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met;
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Managing underperforming team members;
  • Dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service;
  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department;
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives;
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget;
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results;
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
  • Preparing online print marketing campaigns;
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;
  • Coordinating and revising website changes with IT department;
  • Organizing and executing Association Agreements.
