Job Description
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
- Preparing monthly circular and news to be published on our website;
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and services displays;
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products;
- Developing quotes and proposals;
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person;
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met;
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Managing underperforming team members;
- Dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service;
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department;
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives;
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget;
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results;
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
- Preparing online print marketing campaigns;
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;
- Coordinating and revising website changes with IT department;
- Organizing and executing Association Agreements.
