Job Description

As a "Business Development Executive ", you'll be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.  

  • Researching prospective and potential international markets, pursuing leads and following through to a successful sales plan. 
  • Understand the company's product offerings, competitors in the industry, and the business' position in the market. 
  • Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing business opportunities with partners or potential customers to meet planned sales targets. 
  • Excel at cold-calling, sending engaging emails and presenting solutions that gradually widen Loc & More client portfolio. 
  • Follow up on client projects progress and provide status updates to clients. 
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and focus on cross-selling to existing clients. 
  • Collaborating with project management and vendor management teams to ensure business growth and complying to the global quality standards. 
  • Delivering regular reports to the management regarding sales and account management activities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. 
  • Experience 3: 5 years in sales/Marketing and in the localization industry is Preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency. 
  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skills 
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with lead generation experience. 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional personal & customer service skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
