Account Growth:
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with clients' needs.
Client Support:
Provide responsive and effective support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest fintech products, features, and industry trends.
Educate clients on new offerings and functionalities that align with their objectives.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor key account metrics, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Renewals and Contracts:
Ensure timely renewals of contracts and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize value for both the client and the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Key Account Management role within the fintech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
