Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the fintech sector.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology partners, regulators, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • Stay updated on fintech regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate risks.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development roles within the fintech industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of fintech products, services, and market trends, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and industry leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating risks.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives.
  • Relevant certifications in business development, sales, or fintech are a plus
