Job Description
- Create a database of partners, pipeline with new prospects through LinkedIn, knocking doors, connections and set up meetings to expand business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
- Establish and build strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers’ inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Create engaging presentation materials for customer that effectively communicate all necessary information to aid their decision-making process
- Upsell and Cross-sell additional products and services to meet financial targets and grow existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profits
- Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to stay informed about the broader business environment
Job Requirements
Required Skills and knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development
- FRA regulations – Ministry of social solidarity
- Hands on experience with financial services accounts
- Experience in Fintech industry is a must
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or relevant
