Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dealer Acquisition Specialist to join our team at El-Ajans. As a  Dealer Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for contacting our wholesale dealer base, conducting communication plans with potential dealers, and onboarding new dealers to maximize our dealer acquisition efforts. Your role will involve engaging dealers, scheduling visits, tracking activities, and ensuring that dealers are informed about updates to our Wholesale app products

What you will do!!

  • Contact our wholesale dealer base based on the dealer acquisition trend to identify potential opportunities for partnership and business growth.
  • Conduct effective communication plans with El-Ajans' potential dealers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our organization.
  • Brief and onboard new dealers on El-Ajans' value proposition, ensuring they understand the advantages of working with our company.
  • Ask relevant questions to engage dealers in conversations, keeping the interaction lively and informative.
  • Schedule dealer visits, whether on-site or at dealer showrooms, to establish strong relationships and gather valuable insights.
  • Track and document all activities related to dealer acquisition in the designated database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Gather and document comprehensive dealer information, including pricing slabs, make/model specialties, and location, to enhance our understanding of their business needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wholesale app products, features, and updates, and proactively inform new dealers about these advancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new dealers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage dealers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of El-Ajans to potential dealers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and document activities accurately.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and product updates.
