Skills And Tools:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assisting in processing the personnel action forms.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Tracking the employees' attendance and annual leaves.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting.
- Assist with payroll and Other HR projects.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, or Coordinator.
- BA degree from a reputable University.
- Excellent Microsoft office user.
- Dealing with HRMS's previous experience is a plus.
- HR Certificate is a must.
- Excellent command of the English language ( Written and Spoken).
- Excellent numerical abilities, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Heliopolis, Nasr City, and nearby areas residents are preferred.
