The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maximize profitability, maintain brand standards, and lead teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Oversee daily operations of multiple franchise market locations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and health/safety regulations.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cost control measures.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store managers and staff.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and stock replenishment.
- Analyze financial reports (P&L, budgets) and take corrective actions when needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with franchise owners and corporate teams to drive growth and expansion.
