Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations . This role ensures efficient service for the company clients, maintains quality standards, follow up on engineering department (Maintenace) and ensure our customers are satisfied, leading CRM team as well as Sales & Marketing while ensures on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in textile manufacturing and a strong background in operational planning, process improvement, and team leadership.
Job Requirements
- Oversee the full textile machinery maintenance process .
- Develop and implement operational strategies for Sales & Marketing.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure on time clients requests are met by putting processes and standards to follow

- Set production schedules and monitor performance against targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage CRM team by ensure customer satisfaction.
