Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our efforts in creating digital sales channels and managing social media platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in online sales and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Daikin air conditioning devices.
- Create and manage digital sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engage with potential clients.
- Receive and respond to client inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).
- Approach potential clients, explain technical capabilities, and outline financial payment procedures.
- Prepare and send quotations and bids to clients.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and analyze pattern reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements and align sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing and sales activities to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments and Daikin product advancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of Daikin air conditioning products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
