Job Description
We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to assist in a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and participate in candidate interviews.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a tech startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and google docs.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
