Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to assist in a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and participate in candidate interviews.
    • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
    • Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support the performance appraisal process.
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a tech startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and google docs.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
