Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment: CV screening, interviews coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction programs for new hires and ensure proper documentation and orientation.
Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance and leaves, coordinate with payroll for accuracy.
- Maintain and update leave records and support monthly payroll inputs submission.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues at the factory.
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures under HR guidance.
Performance Management & Training
- Support the performance review process in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate training logistics.
- Maintain training records and follow-up on post-training feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems (ERP knowledge is preferred).
- Very good in English.
