Job Profile: HR Lead / HR Generalist (Cairo)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Lead/Generalist to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in human resources within either fast-paced startups, tech companies, or internationally recognized corporations. This role requires someone who is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and capable of supporting a growing, multi-geography organization through strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement career development plans and growth frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Lead HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and roll out training and development programs that cater to the needs of a geographically diverse workforce.
- Partner closely with leadership to drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Manage and continuously optimize HR systems and processes for scalability.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

Cairo, Egypt (with potential travel to other locations as needed)

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech/startup environment or with internationally recognized companies.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing career development and performance management programs.
- Experience working across multiple geographies or supporting remote/global teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, local labor regulations, and global HR trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Experience in setting up HR systems (HRIS) and using HR analytics to inform decision-making.
- Passion for building organizational culture and supporting employee growth.
