Job Description
- Supports in the recruitment process posting adds, screening CVs, organizing interviews.
- Handling the onboarding process such as the orientation sessions for newcomers, employee’s files and required documentations and database.
- Supports or executes the payroll process (e.g. verifies time and attendance records, prepares, checks, and distributes pay slips)
- Supports in organizing and recording all training activities, performance evaluation and development processes and prepare the needed and prepare the needed reports.
- Handling all the supporting documents for internal and external.
- Updating the KPI’s and HR reports
- Any other HR tasks defined by the HR manager
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of HR Management principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of the labor law
- Live in 6th of October City or around.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR
- Maximum age is 35 years.
