Job Description

  • Initiate action and follow up with government offices to complete transactions such as security clearance and visa formalities for new hires
  • Liaise with government authorities for required formalities
  • Provide administrative support and to manage the several documents of the organization, namely filing, copying, scanning, mailing and record keeping related to required public relations activities, in order to ensure effective and efficient Office operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date files on correspondence, listings, drafting/sending basic correspondence and to transcribe formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, data and graphics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Function specific experience
  • Experience in Government units relations
  • Be aware of work related activities.
  • Previous experience with recruitment agencies is a must
