Job Description

  • Generate related leads, build sales pipelines and consistently work to meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Follow up the social media search engines.
  • Tailor customized courses to customers/organizations, follow up running their course till having their evaluation at the end.
  • Follow up before and after sale and meet customers' satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the marketing and management team to design sales campaigns, track performance, and report results periodically to the management.
  • Maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
  • Build and expand market position by analyzing the professional training market/ competitors as well and suggest new courses or consulting offerings based on regional demand.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Training or Education is a MUST
  • Strong and verifiable written skills; English and Arabic
  • Excellent selling skills by phone, in-person and written
  • Self-motivated, energetic, cheerful and target driven
  • Experienced in conducting cold-calls and sales meetings
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
