Job Description

Sokkar Mecca for Industrial Sewing Machines is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team in Cairo. This role is ideal for someone with experience in selling industrial sewing machines or a background working in garment production. You’ll be representing leading global brands such as JACK, SIRUBA, VI.BE.MAC, DISON, and BULLMER, providing tailored solutions to clients across the textile and apparel industry.

Promote and sell industrial sewing machines and spare parts to manufacturers and factory clients
Visit customers to assess needs and recommend suitable equipment
Provide technical insights in a clear, client-focused manner
Build and maintain long-term relationships with production managers, factory owners, and procurement teams
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction after sales
Track sales activities, report on client feedback, and contribute to market intelligence

Job Requirements

Previous experience in sewing machine sales or hands-on experience in garment or textile manufacturing
Solid understanding of industrial sewing processes and machinery
Sociable, strong communication, and negotiation skills
Proactive and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Comfortable with local travel to visit client sites
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in using CRM systems to manage sales activity and client records
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
Technical background or factory floor experience is a strong asset
