Job Description
- Assists the Admissions department to Maintain and enhance enrolment procedures and processes through the development and implementation of strategies.
- Developing and maintaining an innovative enrolment strategy for domestic, international and transferred students.
- Design class and exams schedules and class locations that serve the needs and preference of the university and students.
- Respect to all aspects relating to academic quality.
- Ensuring that all of the governance and compliance matters implemented a timely fashion, and to a high standard of quality
- Provide statistical information that provide projected statistics for the following academic year and up to date forecast figures for upcoming terms.
- Creating (where needed) and continually updating and improving all academic policies, processes and procedures.
- Ensuring that academic policies, processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining and managing student records and ensuring their confidentiality, security and accuracy in compliance with academic policies.
- Developing academic calendars, timetables, class and examination schedules, and instructional space schedules.
- Ensuring that all boards (including exam and assessment boards) are held in a timely fashion and to a high standard.
- Managing student welfare and handling of student complaints, academic appeals, academic misconduct cases and student disciplinary processes.
- Serving on committees and performing other duties appropriate and commensurate with the level of responsibility
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of Experience in registrar and admissions and Parent Relation.
- Excellent planning, organizing time and work management.
