Job Description
- Supervise and implement security protocols across logistics sites such as warehouses, container storage yards, and transport entry/exit points.
- Monitor and control access to logistics facilities using CCTV, biometric access, vehicle scanning systems, and physical security checks.
- Ensure round-the-clock protection of goods in storage, goods in transit, and company assets.
- Investigate any theft, tampering, loss, or unauthorized activity, and report findings with root cause analysis and recommended actions.
- Coordinate emergency responses and drills (e.g., fire, cargo theft, unauthorized access, and transportation delay incidents).
- Support EHS compliance by ensuring security staff follow safety and environmental protocols during logistics operations.
- Supervise third-party security vendors and ensure alignment with SLAs and performance standards.
- Assist in preparing security plans for all sites
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, license of Law or any related major.
- 7–10 years of experience in security and government relations
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and respond to emergencies as required.
