- Digital Solutions & ERP Operations Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS R12.2.10 and associated databases.
- Perform regular ERP maintenance tasks, including backups, recovery, upgrade, and patch management.
- Monitor ERP performance and implement performance tuning strategies.
- Manage ERP security, including user roles and permissions.
- Develop and implement ERP backup and recovery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and performance.
- Perform Linux administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a DBA with Oracle EBS R12.2.10.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.
- Having a good knowledge of installing, patching, upgrading, and maintenance of Oracle APEX.
- Strong understanding of database security and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- OCP certificates are preferred.
