Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and updating the ERP software and related components.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting ERP-related issues for users.
- Maintaining user access, permissions, and data security within the ERP system.
- Monitoring the performance of the ERP system and identifying potential issues.
- Investigating and resolving system errors, software problems, and user access issues.
- Implementing software upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ERP system.
- Developing and generating reports, dashboards, and analytics from ERP data.
- Analyzing existing business processes and workflows within the ERP system to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation for the ERP system and its processes.
- Providing training and support to users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in database systems, ERP software, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Infor and/or BAAN ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of database systems, ERP software, and related technologies.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets related to ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Understanding of core business processes relevant to the organization.
- Proficiency in database administration (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle databases), including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
