1. Follow up regular upgrades for all software/hardware and applications.

2. Installation for all new software and application for external/ internal projects.

3. Low level design and Solution documentation for internal and external projects.

4. Perform new services POC for internal customers.

5. Participate in service failover testing.

6. Manage and document system configurations.

7. Act as the 2nd layer of support for internal / external user’s problems.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or related field.
Solid knowledge in infrastructure technologies like (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, System Center, etc.)
MCITP and/or MCSE Certificate are a must.
ITIL Foundation and ITIL Operations Certificates are a plus
