Job Description
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices and security policies.
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard company information.
- Support end-users by providing timely technical assistance and training on IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend effective IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of proven experience in IT engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and IT security protocols.
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and data protection best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively support and train end-users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of IT service.
- Willingness to stay current with technological advancements and industry best practices.
