• Manage existing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms, renewal timelines, and rent escalations.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all lease contracts, critical dates, and financial obligations.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of lease documentation.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging retail opportunities and assess competitive positioning.
• Evaluate foot traffic, demographics, and mall performance to support leasing decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmark rental rates.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact with landlords, developers, and mall management teams.
• Collaborate with the retail, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on store expansion and relocation strategies.
• Represent L’azurde in lease-related meetings and discussions.
