Job Description
- Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain client records and manage communication touchpoints post-sale
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met
- Analyze feedback and data to enhance customer experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Prior experience in real estate or property development is a must
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and service protocols
