Job Description

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain client records and manage communication touchpoints post-sale
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Analyze feedback and data to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Prior experience in real estate or property development is a must
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and service protocols
