Job Description
- Prepare and update registration and graduation batches lists.
- Issue students’ certificates, transcripts and enrolment letters.
- Familiar with conscriptions rules and forms.
- Familiar with handling & organising and its rules and forms.
- Process the change of major requests.
- Implement course substitution, drop/ add and repeat requests for the students.
- Implementing and enforcing the business school academic regulations and policies
- Prepare statistical lists to senior management (students on hold, registration statistics etc.…).
- Able to participate in recruitment activities such as Open Days, Education fairs & Employment fairs, and to support other Registry activities in a professional and flexible manner.
- Implementing the Admissions cycle comprehensively.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from prospective students, their parents, teachers, and advisors independently and in a timely and professional manner.
- Process incoming applications, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions, and the authenticity of results.
- Check and verify the fee classification of applicants.
- Prepare and maintain the database.
- Handle students' inquiries & requests.
- Knowledge in various certificates calculations is a plus.
- Familiar with Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education rules & regulations.
- Handles the student scholarships and updates the finance department with student discounts.
- Supervises the English placement exam cycles and manage their logistics and communication (internally and externally).
- Responsible for the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process.

Job Requirements
- Fluency of English written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (accounting) or any related field.
- Maximum of 1-3 years of experience in Admissions & Student affairs in a university.
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, Access, Email, and/or other similar software applications.
- Experience using a student information system and/or another type of database (SIS & LMS).
- Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage a large volume of information with accuracy and precision.
- Highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with strong conflict and problem-resolution skills
- Demonstrate accurate data entry skills through attention to detail.
- Have strong analytical skills and be able to analyse data in order to extract reports and insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.
- Possess excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Possess well developed interpersonal skills.
- Helwan / 15th of May / Maadi residents are preferred.
