Job Description
- Serve as the main administrative liaison between students and the faculty.
- Assist students with academic and non-academic concerns, including complaints, appeals, and impaired performance forms.
- Coordinate student induction programs and participate in the advising process.
- Provide support for students with academic, personal, or medical issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and reporting.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the faculty’s personal tutor system.
- Organize and follow up on meetings with parents and respond to student inquiries effectively.
- Support communication between students, parents, and faculty departments.
- Follow up on decisions and cases from the Impaired Performance (IP), Misconduct, and Appeal Committees.
- Assist in resolving student issues in alignment with university policies and regulations.
- Attend (SSLC) meetings, track issues raised, and communicate outcomes to student.
- To work collaboratively with the Vice Dean in managing the relationship with the students.
- Assist in managing the examination process, including invigilation timetables and accommodation for students with special needs.
- Review and support the transfer student files in coordination with Student Affairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support administrative processes related to student matters
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or any relevant field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in higher education administration or student support services.
Demonstrated experience in student case management, academic advising, or university student engagement..
Technical Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and document handling
