Job Description
- Lead large-scale recruitment of blue-collar workers, primarily truck drivers, aligned with the organization's expansion timeline
- Lead and refine the onboarding process to foster positive first impressions and ensure new hires are equipped for success.
- Analyzed employee turnover and implemented support strategies to reduce attrition, ensuring operational consistency and stability
- Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, and internal company policies, making timely updates to HR procedures.
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee a robust performance review process, setting clear benchmarks and guiding managers to foster productivity and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational structure and talent development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role—preferably in logistics, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and organizational development.
- Experience in ERP system
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
