About the Job
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Come up with creative ideas and contents including text posts, videos, and images for use of social media to engage and develop the company’s online profiles.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content.
  • Oversee social media accounts designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Promote the company’s products and contents over social media, in a way that is consistent with social media strategy.
  • Day-to-day management and moderation of company social media profiles across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
  • Evaluate and manage the budget to be spent on promoting social media and advertising posts; develop appropriations or return-on-investment and profit and loss projections.
  • Actively engaging and connecting with different stakeholders like famous bloggers and online influencers and collaborating with them to promote and populate our platforms and social assets.
  • Managing and executing weekly and monthly reporting (tracking fan and follower growth, social media mentions, tweets, and content highlights).
  • Staying on top of the competitive landscape, emerging social media technologies, and activity and trends.
Job Requirements
  • 10-15 years of social media management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, media and communications, or related field.
  • Social Media Marketing experience.
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Proficient in using multi-social posting programs.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  • Fluent spoken and written both English and Arabic.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
