Job Description

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and transactions and record useful information.
  • Assist sales team in establishing new leads for business
  • Build and maintain a database of past and prospective clients
  • Conduct periodical follow up communications with clients
  • Develop tailored plans and strategies for potential clients
  • Carry out periodical market research to track industry trends such as pricing, competitors, etc.
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new
  • sales through referrals and references.
  • Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and initiate leads
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions
  • Develops clear and reasonable written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
     

Job Requirements

  • Candidates MUST have experience in a sales account manager role.
  • 2:3 years of experience in the same field in software solutions ( CRM- Mobile Application- Website development) OR 3 years experience in Sales Account Manager (in general).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • English and Arabic fluency.
  • Having a car is a plus.
