Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Create the Administrative department Manual Procedure & Process cycle
- Renewing the rental contracts for the Branches and the Head Office and initiating new agreements and contracts.
- Outsourcing the Cleaning & Security services, reviewing the outsources contracts & Provide recommendation in order to guarantee the quality.
- Allocation of Security & Cleaning staff as per premises needs
- Managing the company purchasing such as (Supplies, Assets & stationaries), negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Manage inventories and observe warehouses with providing inspection report regularly
- Provides historical reference by developing archiving system and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Achieves financial objectives by submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Conducts cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, and cost-utility analyses
- Ensuring the general maintenance and running of the company premises and equipment.
- Management of the company’s vehicles by ensuring that all vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
- Organize regular service schedules for vehicles, maintain service schedule files and ensure major repairs and done in a timely manner.
- Handling the overall management of the company drivers and messengers.
- Handling the renovations to all branches.
- Brief and communicate with external legal counsel as required.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
- Sc. Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions.
- Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and task and time management skills.
- Very good knowledge of operating Microsoft Office applications.
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Holding a valid driving license
- Excellent command of spoken & Written the English Language
- Must have a driving License
- Preferred to have legal experience
