Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create the Administrative department Manual Procedure & Process cycle
  • Renewing the rental contracts for the Branches and the Head Office and initiating new agreements and contracts.
  • Outsourcing the Cleaning & Security services, reviewing the outsources contracts & Provide recommendation in order to guarantee the quality.
  • Allocation of Security & Cleaning staff as per premises needs
  • Managing the company purchasing such as (Supplies, Assets & stationaries), negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
  • Manage inventories and observe warehouses with providing inspection report regularly
  • Provides historical reference by developing archiving system and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Achieves financial objectives by submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Conducts cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, and cost-utility analyses
  • Ensuring the general maintenance and running of the company premises and equipment.
  • Management of the company’s vehicles by ensuring that all vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
  • Organize regular service schedules for vehicles, maintain service schedule files and ensure major repairs and done in a timely manner.
  • Handling the overall management of the company drivers and messengers.
  • Handling the renovations to all branches.
  • Brief and communicate with external legal counsel as required.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

  • Sc. Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and task and time management skills.
  • Very good knowledge of operating Microsoft Office applications.
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Holding a valid driving license
  • Excellent command of spoken & Written the English Language
  • Must have a driving License 
  • Preferred to have legal experience
